THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. 

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two of the initial service.

Jan Marini Skin Research is committed to skincare excellence. If you experience any problems, you may return product within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased product through an authorized Jan Marini Skin Research reseller, please return those items to the place of original purchase. JMSR will only return items purchased directly from janmarini.com.


To initiate a return, please contact janmarini.com Customer Support at (408) 620-3600 Ext. 2005, we are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued*, please mail the following items to Jan Marini Skin Research.
1. Copy of original invoice
2. RMA Number
3. Unused portion of product
4. All original packaging


Once the returned product is received, Jan Marini Skin Research will process your return within 14 business days and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment. Jan Marini Skin Research is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost items.


*RMA is valid for 30 days from the date issued.


Damaged Products


If you receive product damaged in shipment, please contact janmarini.com Customer Support within 3 days of receipt to resolve your issue. Please keep all damaged items and packaging. If you experience a product failure, please contact janmarini.com Customer Support immediately. We are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST and can be contacted by calling (408) 620-3600 Ext: 2005 or use the Contact Us page.


Authenticity


Make sure you are receiving authentic Jan Marini Skin Research products! BEWARE: There are many unauthorized resellers selling potentially counterfeit, damaged, expired and or unsafe products! JMSR will not stand behind any product purchased through an unauthorized reseller. Find an authorized JMSR reseller near you.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase except as noted*

Place your packing slip or other proof of purchase along with the product(s) to be returned in a mailing package. (Make sure to keep a copy of what you send us for your records)

Please be sure to include the following information in your package:

-Your Name

-Your Address

-Your Order Number

-The products you're returning

We recommend you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as a return receipt. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

After the returned goods have been received and verified, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made as applicable.

Note: We do not reimburse you for any delivery or handling charges including postage.

*We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items not purchased through this site.

Damaged Items

Please check your order when it arrives. In the event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours by phone at 1-844-495-5969 or email at hello@ColorWowHair.com. Include the order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number so we can contact you.


LIFE EXTENSION®  WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY 

We will accept returns from our wholesale customers and issue a credit to your account 

for the following reasons only: 

1. Product damaged in shipping.

2. Product is defective.

3. Product returned by your customer to you in an unsellable condition, within one

year of the date of purchase from us for the following reasons only. (All customer

returns must be made to you and not Life Extension.)

a. Customers were allergic or could not take the product.

b. Doctor advised the customer not to take the product.

4. Products shipped to you in error by us.

5. Products you ordered in error. You must return within 30 days of the date of

purchase.

6. To allow you to try various products from our line, we allow you 45 days from the

date of purchase to return any product that you had not previously ordered, for a

full refund.

7. For all returns, you must include a letter with the name of the product, number of

bottles returned, lot number from back of bottle, and reason for the return.

Without all of this information, credit will not be issued. A copy of your invoice

from us would also be helpful for proper credit.

8. We will not accept returns for the following reasons:

a. Products you ordered and then decided you did not want, with the

exception of item #6 above.

b. Products that are not selling or are out-of-date.

c. Products returned by your customer more than one year from date of your

purchase from us.

d. Products returned to Life Extension by your customer. See item #3 above

for credit procedures.
