How many locations do you have?

We currently have three locations in Georgia, with locations in Acworth, Decatur, and Woodstock!

Can I use the sauna and steam room?

Guests who have a booked appointment may use our sauna and steam rooms located inside our locker rooms at our Woodstock location, or outside the locker rooms at our Acworth and Decatur locations.

Are you open to the public?

Yes! All of our locations are open to the public. Check out our website and navigate to your most convenient location on our booking portal page.

What are the hours of the Paw Spa?

Our Spa at Holbrook Woodstock is currently the only location we are offering our pet grooming services at this moment. The current available hours are Thursdays, Friday, and Saturdays from 10 AM–4:00 PM.

Do you offer parties and packages?

We can accommodate a variety of parties and packages! We can accommodate anywhere from parties of 2-3 guests, all the way up to 12 guests. Check out our Parties & Packages website page to learn more and make an inquiry today!

Do you have memberships available?

We do have memberships available to take advantage of our beautiful heated salt-water pools, full-service restaurants and cafes, and a full social calendar as part of our country club style model called the “Holbrook Club”. Find out more here or on our Memberships page.

Can I use the pool if I book an appointment?

Our relaxing heated saltwater pools are for residents and members only. To inquire about our membership options, visit our Memberships page today!

Where can I park?

Woodstock Parking

On Monday through Fridays, 9am-5pm, our Shuttle service will be positioned underneath the spa portico. Guests can head to our back parking lot and park in any available spot within the back three rows, and call the shuttle number showcased on the signage which is: 770-634-0284. To add an extra level of convenience, we have created another form of transportation service which we are currently testing a set schedule. The schedule to utilize our valet drivers who are positioned underneath the spa portico is 3:30-7:30pm Monday through Friday, and 10am-6pm on Saturdays! 

Acworth Parking

Guests can park anywhere in the Holbrook Acworth parking lot, and enter through the front entrance where you will be ushered to our spa. 

Decatur

Take advantage of our valet services by pulling up to the front Holbrook Decatur entrance where you will be ushered to our spa to enjoy your appointment

Do you offer couples massage services?

Yes! Whether it’s a partner or couple massage, we can accommodate at our Spa at Holbrook Woodstock location! We recently restructured our Woodstock massage rooms to allow for couple and partner massage. Book online today and treat your special person to a relaxing massage together!
