Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes are held in our open, airy studio, gym, or saltwater pool, and are taught by certified group exercise instructors who are guaranteed to keep you motivated! We offer an array of different group fitness class types to meet the dynamic needs of our members, like aerobics, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), water aerobics, Zumba®, and balance & strength sessions.

WELLFIT AQUA FITNESS

60 min: $10

Grab your bathing suit and water shoes and join us in the pool! The warm water exercises are great for arthritis to soothe your muscles. We will use the bells and noodles to create a fun sequencing class of movement in the water.

WELLFIT HIIT SERIES

45 min: $10

Try out our WellFIT HIIT Series for your High-Intensity-Interval-Training. Get your heart rate up with body weight and free weight exercises to burn those excess calories!

WELLFIT STRENGTH & BALANCE TRAINING

60 min: $10

Did someone say balance? Try out our combo class that incorporates balance and strength through a variety of balance techniques, free-weights, and bands.

FITNESS CONSULTATION

30 min: $75

Come in for a WellFIT Fitness Consultation. This one-on-one session with a trainer helps to measure your physical parameters like body weight, body fat, blood pressure, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Your trainer will use this information to chat about your health & fitness goals, past workout history, review previous assessments, and help you establish a fitness regime that's as unique as you are. This service is complimentary to our new members in their first month of membership.

Wellness Classes

Immerse yourself in a very special and unique variety of mind, body, and spirit classes taught by certified instructors. Our wellness inspired classes are designed to meet you where you are at in your yoga, tai chi, Pilates, or meditation practice. From beginner to advanced students, we welcome you to our studio. TAI CHI

1 hour: $20

This simple healing form of breath and body work consists of gentle movements, focused breathing, and guided imagery to help relax the mind while stretching and strengthening the body.

YOGA

1 hour: $20

A skilled yoga teacher corrects or enhances your poses and provides tips on proper alignment, breathing and intention.
